Bizarre Buffet Intro

MARK TAURIELLO  You’re listening to Bizarre Buffet, a podcast of all you can eat WEIRD .

I’m your host, Mark Tauriello.

JEN WILSON  I’m Jen Wilson,

MARC BLUESTEIN  And I’m Marc Bluestein

VINCENT PRICE  There’ll be food, and drinks, and ghosts. And perhaps even a few murders..You’re all invited.

SUSAN ATKINS  When we first went in…ahhh. One of the people said “ Who are you ? “ And Tex said “ I’m the devil and I’m here to do the devils business. “

JEN WILSON  Episode 3 of Bizarre Buffet , we’re here !

MARC BLUESTEIN  WE’RE HERE!!!

MARK TAURIELLO  YEAHHHH!

JEN WILSON  BDSM WEEK !

MARC BLUESTEIN  BDSM WEEK!  We are ready, we are…

JEN WILSON. We’ve got our leather on ! Our…

MARC BLUESTEIN. Our face masks !

JEN WILSON. Our ball gags !

MARC BLUESTEIN  I KNOW. I found one that fits under my face mask….For the Global Crisis.

MARK TAURIELLO. GOOD FOR YOU !

MARC BLUESTEIN  Thank you ! Thank you. And I don’t mind that you can see it through my face mask because there is NO SHAME.

MARK TAURIELLO  It’s like a bulge !

MARC BLUESTEIN. We’re here to promote !

That’s right ! It is !

MARK TAURIELLO  A little BDSM bulge.

JEN WILSON  ABSOLUTELY

MARK TAURIELLO  I was gonna wear MY ball gag for this episode, but it was a little difficult to talk . Everything was garbled.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Well, you just haven’t found the correct one yet . Yeah.

JEN WILSON  Yeah.

MARK TAURIELLO  I think its a size issue.

MARC BLUESTEIN Probably.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Jen, what about you ?

JEN WILSON  Mine is too…It’s a little too big, so you wouldn’t be able to understand me.

MARK TAURIELLO  Aw, man.

MARC BLUESTEIN Thats kind of attractive though, depending on who you are. So save it for a later date.

JEN WILSON  I think it also depends on the person you’re attracting as well.

MARC BLUESTEIN  And thats a very good point.

With that being said, what are we getting into today ? What are we talking about?

JEN WILSON What do you guys know about BDSM? Because I feel as though I’ve always had this preconceived notion about BDSM. About whips, and chains, and safe words.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yes. So, I think…That, that is the more popular perception of it. Right ?

JEN WILSON. Right.

MARC BLUESTEIN. You know a very surface based idea of BDSM.

MARK TAURIELLO  It’s more than 50 Shades of Gray !

(LAUGHTER)

MARC BLUESTEIN  YES. It is more than 50 Shades of Gray, is what I was getting at.

Cause every person went out after that movie…Thinking they were a BDSM Master.

JEN WILSON  There’s so many levels to it too.

MARK TAURIELLO  I feel like these are generics, or just the tip of the iceberg.

BDSM stands for: Bondage , Dominatrix , Sadism…

Oh God, this is why we need someone to educate us !!!

JEN WILSON We have a special guest today THAT IS gonna educate us !

MARK TAURIELLO Also with BDSM, too. It’s more than just the Leather Daddy stuff. It goes deeper than that.

It’s like, foot fetish stuff. I think its called edging ? Where you push the edge and you get into knife and needle play….And hot wax.

JEN WILSON Yeah.

MARK TAURIELLO  Theres urination a celebration !  And theres just ….

MARC BLUESTEIN  I’M CELEBRATING  !

(LAUGHTER)

MARK TAURIELLO  Theres so many areas of BDSM culture, some are more mainstream than the others.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yeah.

MARK TAURIELLO  You know what I mean ? And I just feel like you’re opening up Pandoras Box.

I feel that every one of us has a little bit of BDSM in us.

MARC BLUESTEIN  And I think that maybe even some things that you, or someone you may be attracted to might enjoy….It doesn’t necessarily need a title, but some of these things may fall into the category of BDSM.

JEN WILSON  Yeah.

Well, its funny because I’ve never personally experienced it.  I think the only time I actually had some sort of first hand interaction with it, is when I used to be active of my dating apps . Like on Bumble , OKCUPID, Tinder.. A lot of men in their profiles, they were very clear about  BDSM / KINK ONLY.

MARC BLUESTEIN Oh yeah.

I’d imagine that its the type of thing where if it is important to you and part of your life, you have to seek out others who feel the same way.

Now I don’t know this to be fact. But others who are interested in the same things is important,  because if it is part of you or part of your life… you’re gonna have to find someone who’s receptive to it. I would imagine.

What do you guys think?

MARK TAURIELLO  It’s all gotta be mutual.

JEN WILSON  Yeah, absolutely.  I think that it has to be mutual.

I also think that, if its something thats really important in YOUR LIFE … I feel like for people in relationships, its probably a very intimate experience.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yeah, absolutely.

MARK TAURIELLO  I think for me. My experience in the BDSM world is….

MARC BLUESTEIN  IS BUYING A HARNESS  !

MARK TAURIELLO  Yeah ! It’s literally buying a body harness and wearing it as a fashion accessory while listening to Depeche Mode, and watching Hellraiser

MARC BLUESTEIN  That’s great.

JEN WILSON  HEY , YA KNOW WHAT  ? THERE YA GO !

MARK TAURIELLO  I love the leather aesthetic a lot. And I almost feel like…Am I….. What’s the term called ? Appropriation ? It it Cultural Appropriation?

Like If I want to wear a body harness and a leather mask, but I’m not whipping someone…Am I appropriating ? Is that the word ?

MARC BLUESTEIN  Well,  I don’t know if  THATS IT , or not…But I get what you’re saying.

MARK TAURIELLO  You know ?

JEN WILSON  I definitely know what you’re saying.

MARC BLUESTEIN  And that would be something that we can ask  MR. DARK !

JEN WILSON  Yes ! Mr. Dark ! Who’s our very special guest today ! And he is the founder of the BDSM Educational Center .

MARC BLUESTEIN  Thats right !

MARK TAURIELLO  Tell us more !

JEN WILSON  Oh my God! So he is a Sex Positive educator, and he’s been involved in the community for over 25 years.

MARK TAURIELLO Wow.

JEN WILSON So, he started all of this in Las Vegas, he then merged with the Sin City Network. It has created the largest BDSM network in Southern Nevada.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Wow.

JEN WILSON  And they offer education,  they offer health resources, as well as other KINK related activities.

MARC BLUESTEIN  That’s amazing ….

JEN WILSON  Yeah. And he created, in 2011; the longest running BDSM Intro class.

When he founded the BDSM Educational Center they were offering monthly classes, peer to peer mentor programs, they have a BDSM Kink resource.

MARK TAURIELLO Wow.

MARC BLUESTEIN  It sounds very, very, involved. Thats incredible.

JEN WILSON  Even in doing my research and looking at his website, I’m picturing “ I’m going to school and majoring in BDSM ! “

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yeah ! It sounds like an institute.

JEN WILSON. It’s an institute, exactly !…Getting lectures…

MARK TAURIELLO I think thats important too, because I think a lot of people have these desires but they’re afraid it explore it. Maybe they feel ashamed or embarrassed, which YOU SHOULD NOT ! ….AT ALL.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Of course not.

JEN WILSON No !

MARK TAURIELLO  Maybe, also, they don’t know how ! If you wanted to experiment with needles and knife play…You cant just go into the kitchen and pick up your Butcher Knife, bring it into the bedroom and have a good time !

I’m sure there ways of doing it, and ways you should not be doing it.

JEN WILSON  Absolutely.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Absolutely !

JEN WILSON  There’s gotta be techniques on how to incorporate that…And with pouring hot wax…

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yeah. And it sounds like he gives you the full run of how you can do these things correctly and safely.

JEN WILSON  Yeah. So, his educational center strives to be the top education resource for BDSM Play, and relationship dynamics for everyone. And their major goal is to facilitate growth,  understanding of the Alternative Lifestyle, and then empower those individuals within these communities….Creating a space thats inclusive and safe for all people, regardless of your race, gender, or religion, color, sexual orientation.

MARC BLUESTEIN Yes ! Amazing!

JEN WILSON  And like we said in the beginning,  THEY BELIEVE THAT CONSENT IS MANDATORY; WHICH ABSOLUTELY IT IS.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Absolutely it is ! Entirely.

JEN WILSON So, I have a question before we bring Mr. Dark on. If this were your kink and you were into the BDSM scene, what do you think your Safe Word would be ?

MARK TAURIELLO  THAT’S A REALLY GOOD QUESTION !

MARC BLUESTEIN  That is, Jen !

Mine would be Stevie Nicks ! Or…Lillehammer!

JEN WILSON Lillehammer?

MARC BLUESTEIN  It would have to be something that was on brand…

JEN WILSON I think mine would be :

(WHINE)

“ OWWW, STOPPPP!”

(LAUGHTER)

MARC BLUESTEIN  That would be Mark’s too !

JEN WILSON  “ I’m done !”

MARK TAURIELLO THAT WOULD BE MINE TOO ! That would be mine…

(LAUGHTER)

I think mine would be like… “ Pinhead “

MARC BLUESTEIN  Oh ! Good one!

MARK TAURIELLO Because I love Hellraiser. He’s like..The BDSM Master.

JEN WILSON  PINHEAD.

MARK TAURIELLO  There’s this meme, and its one of my favorites. It’s the Cenobites from Hellraiser, and its like “ 50 Shades of Gray ? YOU AMATEURS ! “….It’s a real knee slapper!

(LAUGHTER)

JEN WILSON Oh my goodness…

Well you know what? Of the real world, we have Mr. Dark coming! I’m all about it ! I cannot wait to learn about all of these really amazing things, I’m excited !

JEN WILSON Me too!

MARK TAURIELLO  Alright! So let’s welcome Mr. Dark !

( SPEAKING ALL AT ONCE )   “ HI MR. DARK !!!!!! “

INTERVIEW WITH MR. DARK BEGINS

JEN WILSON  WELCOME TO BIZARRE BUFFET…

ANCHOR FM PROMO

MARK TAURIELLO  MR. DARK ! First of all, we just wanted to thank you for being apart of our show.  When we came up with the title of Bizarre Buffet, we came up with “ bizarre “ because we see it as an empowering term, and something thats unconventional. So I just want you to know that we’re a very positive podcast, and all inclusive. We’re just here to learn more about what you do in YOUR WORLD, because its really fascinating to us.

MR. DARK  Yeah! Happy to hear that, glad to be here.

MARC BLUESTEIN Thank you, thank you.

MARK TAURIELLO  Can you tell us and everyone listening, the exact definition of BDSM and how deep the culture goes ?

MR. DARK  I sure can ! So, historically,  BDSM stands for : Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, and Masochism .  Over the years people have used the  “ D.S. “ in the middle , to also include Dominance and Submission.

And you can say Dominance and Submission, otherwise known as “ D.S. “, or  “ M.S . “  which would be Master – Slave ..  Is  the lifestyle, its who we are as people. It’s who we identify as, as people. While BDSM is the activity that we engage in.

Over the years, it has evolved into SO MUCH. There were…Well lets say in the “ Hetero Community “. I identify as Queer, actually..So in the LGBTQ Community, its different.  There was spanking, rope, flogging…That kind of thing.

MARK TAURIELLO  You just said a keyword for me, which was “ Evolving”. And I was going to ask you this question a little bit later in the episode, but I feel like now is an appropriate time. With the evolution of just humanity right now, with whats going on and everything changing…

Do you see any new KINKS evolving that haven’t really hit Mainstream Culture yet ?

MR. DARK  With the world the way it is at this moment, I don’t. But what I will say on that, is that… There are undoubtedly going to be new activities, new identities that pop up. Right ?..When we’re left to our own devices. No pun intended with “ devices “

(LAUGHTER)

When we’re left on our own, that gives us time to think more and experiment more. Because experiments in our own home only involve who we want to involve. I think when this is all over, something with crop up, and there will be a new identity or a new activity…Which I think is great.

When I started, it was very Black & White.. And now its not. There are tons of subsections under the umbrella that IS BDSM.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Part of what was so fascinating to me when I came across your educational center, I was like  “ Wow, something like THIS exists !” And thats incredible. Its something that I wouldn’t have necessarily thought about.

And with that being said.. When was the moment that you had the thought of “ This is something that I need to do, this is an avenue I need to pursue. Educating people.”

MR. DARK  Well, I’ve always been an Extrovert…I’ve always been an Extroverted person. I was always trying to learn something, or teach something. But what I found, I found that while there were a lot of people that appreciated the effort and the information…There was not a lot of credibility.

Getting into teaching over the years, it was really hard to break out. I wanted to, but I never thought I was in the position to start something so bold …When I started it even, I didn’t expect it to be as big as it is..With how secretive we had to be back then.  It just really inspired me to seek out all of the people who were like me.

I had to go to Circus of Books in West Hollywood, to even find books on ANY KIND of BDSM. It just all kind of culminated in this moment, where I said “ I really want to do this ! “ It was in 2011 when I realized that no one here was teaching lessons in BDSM 101 .

There were a lot of 101 flogger classes, and 101 rope classes, and things like that. But for the most part , there was no orientation for BDSM.

MARC BLUESTEIN  YOU WERE ON THE FOREFRONT ! YOU WERE A PIONEER!

MR. DARK  Oh God !

(LAUGHTER)

I’m old enough to be one, I can tell you that !

MARC BLUESTEIN  OH STOP !

(LAUGHTER)

JEN WILSON  So you’re talking about these orientation and introduction classes. What I want to know is, what does the curriculum look like for a class like this ?

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yeah, we’re really fascinated by all of the working’s and thing’s you offer.

MR. DARK  What I realized is that, while people were walking away from classes with the knowledge of how to pick up a flogger AND start using it..They didn’t understand the concept of what leads up to being able to do a flogging scene, or a rope scene….Or anything.

There was no class and no teachings on consent, and how to negotiate for it. When I started doing classes, or started developing the orientation; thats what I thought of. Because when I started doing scene’s with people, what I would do is ask them ..” Hey, what are we okay with ? , What are you not okay with ?”

  • What can I do?
  • Where can I touch?
  • Where can I not touch ?…

What’s on, and off limits ?

It just dawned on me, why don’t I just do a class? I kind of sat back and said “ What can I do, what should I do ?” Before a scene.  I just listed all of those categories and built it from there. Low and behold, I had like..60 people.

JEN WILSON  Wow.

MR. DARK It’s probably still true today that most of the people..At least in our community here in Vegas that come INTO our community; Are barely legal, or just crossing the age of 21. And a lot of them are Females. MOSTLY FEMALES.  So, there was a need. Because coming up in Vegas in this community, and growing in this this community..Me and other people saw a lot of predatory behavior.

People need to know that you cant just walk up and grab someone in a not-so publics area without consequence. But people would do it ANYWAY..Under the guise of “ Well, this BDSM”, or “ I identify as Dominant”, or “ I’m a Master, this is how its supposed to be “ .  That’s absolutely NOT how its supposed to be.

MARC BLUESTEIN Yeah, not correct or right in any way.

MR. DARK  No.

The full realm of the world that we live in, theres a lot of bad that happens to a lot of people.  And all of these things culminated into, not just

  • How do I break down a scene?
  • How do I request a scene from someone else?
  • And how to build that scene?
  • How to gain that persons trust ?
  • And how to allow them to gain MY TRUST.

And on the same token:

  • How to keep them safe.
  • How to make sure that they feel safe.

Without being overbearing…

(LAUGHTER)

JEN WILSON Yeah.

MARC BLUESTEIN  And I’d imagine..Going back to something you said, being in Las Vegas; in particular. The need for someone like you,  and your center, and what you do, is much more important,  Because theres a lot that goes on.

JEN WILSON  It’s so important now, especially in this day and age with consent.

MR. DARK  You know..Consent was never really as Mainstream as its become. Literally today, its not a hot bed topic. We have periods where everyone is preaching consent, and thats what we want!;  Obviously. We have a lot of people that want to come out, but cant..Because of varying things.

With Black Lives Matter, there are a lot of People of Color who are, or who may be nervous.

MARC BLUESTEIN Yeah, absolutely.

MR. DARK Because they may not feel welcome, or they feel as though they may be ostracized.

JEN WILSON Right.

MR. DARK  Because they’re already ostracized just for the color of their skin. RIDICULOUS to all of us, but its a valid fear. I’m happy to say that POC community has definitely grown, probably not enough, but it definitely has grown… And its still growing.

So theres so many aspects to why people wont come out, and why people are fearful. Over and above just coming out, and meeting someone who they perceive to be a big, bad, DOMINANT MAN, or WOMAN; who portrays aggressiveness and all these other qualities.

Throw in 50 Shaded of Gray, and theres a lot of …..

JEN WILSON  Right.

MARC BLUESTEIN It’s funny that you bring you that up , because the question that I personally have for you is : With all of the depictions on television…Clearly, movies like 50 Shades of Gray , TV shows .

Have they helped the community ?

Do you think they’re detrimental ?

MR. DARK  Yes and no.

I am not a fan of any of the books, any of the movies. BUT, I am glad that they’re there to a point.  It’s a little hard, because the BDSM community as a whole is never portrayed correctly in any kind of Mainstream Media. And its never going to be, right ? Unless we all get together in our own community, start our own production company…And even then I cant guarentee…

MARK TAURIELLO  That would be good entertainment, I’d watch it !

JEN WILSON ME TOO !

(LAUGHTER)

MARC BLUESTEIN  ABSOLUTELY! Absolutey. Mr. Dark needs a TV show! I mean, really! I’m surprised you don’t have one right now….Somebody needs to get on that.

MR. DARK  I am down, if there are any producers listening!

(LAUGHTER)

I mean, you guys are kind of producers, so lets talk more.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Listen! We were in Vegas not too long ago, we can always make another trip.

MR. DARK  If you do, you guys should look me up! I’ll take you all out to The Munch, it’ll be great .

JEN WILSON  YES!

MARC BLUESTEIN AMAZING ! I’d love that!

MARK TAURIELLO  I have another question too.  Just with the center itself, and the courses and eveything. I see you do a lot of courses with after care and safety.

MR. DARK  Yes.

MARK TAURIELLO  Can you dive into that, and tell us about some of the dangers of NOT having this awareness; prior to any procedures or ceremonies ?

MR. DARK  It’s about normalizing those things, right ? Consent, aftercare, safety.  There is a lot that goes into any aspect of play. Its really important to know the ins and outs.Especially as a “Newbie”. They’re very excited, and they have what we tend to call “ Frenzy “ .  Because they see all of these great things, and they just wanna jump right in.

From where I Stand, I’m a baby step guy. So its like “ Ok, maybe start with a spanking”

(LAUGHTER)

These are relatively easy things to get into, very, very, fun. Theres the safety aspects with those things as well. You have to know those aspects before you can delve into the other aspects.

There Are:

  • Safe Calls
  • And Safe Words
  • Tools
  • Aftercare

Kits that we use, that we have on hand to prevent accidents.

I mean, accidents are going to happen.  No matter how great you are at tying knots, or how great you are at handling a paddle, or flogger.  Things happen! You have Knee Jerk reactions… Nobody is perfect, we all have accidents.

It’s really important to know that you can have a Safe Word, which typically is “ RED “, and that’ll stop a scene.

Or “ YELLOW “, which will PAUSE or SLOW DOWN a scene.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Thats very interesting.

MR. DARK  We kinda have the stoplight system.

JEN WILSON  Right.

MR. DARK Like Green is Go

MARK TAURIELLO  I’m glad you’re saying that, because the other day, Marc, Jen, and myself were talking about “ If we had a Safe Word what it would be.”. And we could not for the life of us come up with anything that had any logic behind it.

(LAUGHTER)

MARC BLUESTEIN  YEAH….Definitely not…….

JEN WILSON  I think too like..In Mainstream Media, “Safe Word’s” are always looked at as the most ridiculous thing that you can think of…And screaming it at the top of your lungs.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Right. A very “ TV depiction” of what they think it would look like, or sound like….

MARK TAURIELLO  There was an episode of Portlandia where they were getting into it, and they were like “ CA COW “

JEN WILSON. Yes ! “CA COW!”

(LAUGHETER)

MARC BLUESTEIN  Oh my God….

(LAUGHTER)

MR.DARK  That’s a great episode !

MARK TAURIELLO  It’s the only episode I ever saw !

MR. DARK Oh man…

MARC BLUESTEIN So, Mr. Dark..I have a bit of a surface question. Can I ask you, how did you get your name ? Is it part of the culture to choose a name, other than your given name ? During any of the process?

MR. DARK  Great question !!  I actually got my name…I hope youre all sitting down..From an early video game that I used to play.  People just used to call me…Some variation  of “DARK”. Or you know..Someone would say “ Dude, you’re really dark!”, when I would make kills during raids or something like that.

Someone in a round about way just said “ I’m gonna start calling you Mr. Dark “. I kinda dig it.

MARC BLUESTEIN It’s a great name!

MR. DARK  Thank you.

MARC BLUESTEIN  You’re welcome.

(LAUGHTER)

MR. DARK  Choosing a name, a Scene Name, is definitely common. It serves many purposes.

One is safety. I don’t want to necessarily go in as Marc Bluestein and say “ Hey! Here I am! Let’s go !”

MARC BLUESTEIN  (LAUGHS)   Yeah.

MR. DARK  Because you may have a corporate job, or you may have children…

MARC BLUESTEIN Gotcha.

MR. DARK Or family that may be religious, per say . But its also fun!  It shows people what your interest are, what you’re into….And they certainly can.

MARC BLUESTEIN Thats really cool .

JEN WILSON  Yeah !

MARK TAURIELLO What would you say is the most popular,  or interested in course is that you teach people?

MR. DARK Ahh..Probably spanking. More people have requested that class than the others. Except for, maybe.. The consent class is really popular.  I’d say as far as activity goes, definitely spanking.

JEN WILSON  Say I come and take class, and I’ve take every single class…What would be next ?

MR. DARK  If you’ve taken every class than you should have all the knowledge you need to:

  • Plan your scene
  • Negotiate your scene.
  • Setup your scene.
  • Enjoy your scene ( Hopefully )

MARC BLUESTEIN  So, for the sake of this persons privacy, I’m not going to say who it was on here. But, I saw a gentleman who attended your courses. It seems as though its his profession, in terms of it not being just for his own pleasure… As to whether or not he’s a performer online…

Do you have a lot of people who come to you to learn these specific things?

MR. DARK  I have some. Most of the attendees that I have are people who are pretty new, or fairly new….And they want to learn for themselves.

But I do get people who come to my classes because THEY want to teach classes in their community, or because they want to do a different take on my classes.  Which I think is really cool .

But every now and then, I’ll get…I’ve had Cammer’s. People from our health district come to my classes. I’ve had politicians and law enforcement come to my classes, so they can know what the dynamic is. Or so they can know how to ask someone to be their Submissive, or their Mistress, or their Master, or Dominant.

So, its very generalized I would say.

JEN WILSON Now, has teaching changed? Since the current Global Crisis we’re in? Like, are you doing classes virtually ?

MR. DARK  It’s funny that you ask that. Because, education…Just in Las Vegas alone, has spiraled into this…Amazing cluster of different groups.

10 years ago, it was just a couple of us doing classes. And now theres several programs that teach EVERYTHING. It has definitely grown exponentially, and it continues to do so..Which is really great.

MARC BLUESTEIN  This is so involved! It’s been really informative, really.

MR. DARK I’m glad !

MARC BLUESTEIN  Is there anything that you’d like to say personally, Mr. Dark ? About how people can find you and what you do ?

MR. DARK  I can absolutely do that !

Well, right now…And more specifically to answer your previous question. We’re lucky enough to have a Zoom account, a Pro account.  We went from literally doing classes locally here in Vegas, to doing classes world wide.

JEN WILSON  Wow!

MR. DARK We’re super lucky and honored to have people from all over the country.  We’ve had people from India and the Middle East attend classes. Our pages and our group is extremely active, and we have a lot of people from Marginalized groups that message us looking for information.

We’ve had people from places like Russia, and Iran…All over the world. And we’re just lucky enough to be that space where people can come to.

We just wanted to do a simple poll on the first virtual class that I was going to do. And you can only do a Facebook Poll in a group, you cant do it on your profile. So, I created a group, which I never thought would amount to anything, and by the end of the day we had over 500 people. As of today, we have just over 2100.

MARK TAURIELLO  WOW!

JEN WILSON  Wow.

MR. DARK It’s great for me, seeing the growth. But when you get down to Brass Tax, we don’t really have a lot to do with that. It’s the need for these kinds of spaces for people, from all around the country, all around the globe….To come.

And you know..You don’t have to have your real picture ! You can have a picture of whatever you want, you can have a Surname on your profile.

It’s a safe place to come and ask questions, and to bring up topics that might be sensitive in your own community; and get the answers that you’re looking for, or at least the support that you’re looking for from a Global Community.

And theres a lot of amazing educational systems out there, for BDSM & Alternative Lifestyles. We’re just happy to be apart of it.

Our website is ever evolving. We have our Facebook page….Marc, you messaged us on that.

MARC BLUESTEIN  Yes, absolutely.

MR. DARK  I’m lucky enough to have an amazing partner by my side, my girl, Alice.

MARK TAURIELLO HEY GIRL!

JEN WILSON HI !

MARC BLUESTEIN HEY ALICE !

ALICE HI !!!

(LAUGHTER)

MR. DARK She’s listening in !!

She is single handily responsible for brining our Facebook page, which was only a few hundred people to what it is now. Which is over 52…or 5300 followers…And thats really all her.

But, we have the group, and I have other family members that help me moderate the group on Facebook. It’s BDSM Educational Center on Facebook. Over the next several months we’re gonna be adding things to the website. We hope to start doing video classes that we will upload for anyone.

People are gonna start coming out, and the age of Zoom & WEBX is probably going to slow down. So people will start coming back out and doing live classes, which we’ll start doing as well.

But we want the same people who have relied on us to know, that we’re still gonna be there to for them. And we’ll have classes that they can download for free, we never charge…Everything is by donation. So if you cant afford the class, we’re never gonna turn anyone away to get the information that they need.

Because the foundation of what we do, and who we are as a community is : Negotiation, consent, protocol,  knowing limits of things, work together….To build the community that we have globally….It’s a wonderful thing.

So, we’re all over Social Media …

MARC BLUESTEIN  And we are going to include all of the links to your website, your Facebook page..So people can find you directly through there. That way everyone can have a more direct path to Mr. Dark and the BDSM Educational Center .

MR. DARK  Awesome, I appreciate that. WE appreciate that.

JEN WILSON  Yeah !

MARC BLUESTEIN  Jen, Mark…Is there anything that you’d like to add?

JEN WILSON I appreciate you taking the time out to speak with us.

MARC BLUESTEIN Really. This has been so nice, and so informative.

I’d like to thank Mr. Dark for taking the time to speak with us today.

JEN WILSON  Thank you so much !

MARC BLUESTEIN   Mr. Dark is a Sex Positive educator, and the founder of the BDSM Educational Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

To learn more about Mr. Dark and the BDSM Educational Center, you can find them on Facebook. It’s facebook.com/bdsmeducenter or bdsmeducenter.org

MR. DARK  Excellent ! Thank you so much for having me on !

MARC BLUESTEIN  THANK YOU!

JEN WILSON Thank you so much !

MARK TAURIELLO  Bye, Mr. Dark !

JEN WILSON  Bye, Mr. Dark !

MR. DARK  Take care ya’ll !
